Celebrate International Women's Day with Women in Need Society (WINS) as we unveil SHEfound ACTION, a powerful evolution of our SHEfound campaign. This year, we focus on accelerating action through the profound stories and impact inspired by WINS. SHEfound ACTION captures the transformation of moments into movements—rediscovering purpose, building connections, and igniting passions. Each story and every step taken represents the strength and resilience of women in our Calgary community, showcasing the impact we can achieve together when we turn purpose into accelerating action because together, everyone WINS.
Since its inception in 2020, WINS Employment Services have been making strides in breaking down barriers for women. We have successfully placed over 500 Retail Ready and Warehouse Ready graduates in fulfilling positions, empowering them to pursue rewarding careers and thrive in their chosen fields.
