SHEFOUND INCLUSION
This International Women's Day, join us in honoring the diversity and strength of women and those who identify as women in Calgary. At WINS, we are committed to fostering a community where every woman, regardless of their background or circumstance, feels valued and heard, and has access to the resources they need to thrive. Through WINS Community Programs and Employment Services, we strive to inspire inclusion by providing support, resources, and opportunities for women throughout Calgary.
Since its inception in 2020, WINS Employment Services have been making strides in breaking down barriers for women. We have successfully placed over 500 Retail Ready and Warehouse Ready graduates in fulfilling positions, empowering them to pursue rewarding careers and thrive in their chosen fields.
